1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the conditions and procedures for using the WeWellInfo website (the “Site”), operated by HuBDIC co., Ltd. (“we”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes are posted on the Site with their effective date at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are material or unfavorable to users). Amended Terms apply to use of the Site on or after the effective date.

3. Services

The Site provides information on healthy living — pregnancy & parenting, baby health, home health, senior health, pet health, women’s health, diet, and health-device selection — as well as email inquiries and advertising/affiliate links (planned). The Site does not offer accounts, comments, newsletters, or subscriptions.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Health and medical content is for general information only and does not replace professional diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
• Consult a qualified professional (physician, pharmacist) based on your condition and symptoms.
• In an emergency or for serious health issues, do not rely on the Site — seek immediate medical care.
• We strive to create and review content from reliable sources but do not guarantee outcomes for individual circumstances.

5. Accuracy & User Responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but laws, medical guidelines, product specifications, and research may change; verify important decisions with the relevant institutions or professionals. You use the information at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

Text, images, design, compilations, logos, and other content belong to us or the rightful owners. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, sell, publish, compile into a database, or commercially use the content. Sharing links is allowed; framing, mirroring, or misrepresenting the source is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating law or public order
• Infringing others’ copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• Posting false, obscene, violent, promotional, or spam content
• Introducing malware, automated programs, or abnormal access
• Bulk collecting, crawling, or redistributing content without our prior approval
• Disrupting normal operation of the Site
• Impersonation or false identity
• Other conduct we deem inappropriate

8. User Submissions

The Site does not offer public comments. You are responsible for content you submit by email; we may decline or take action regarding inappropriate submissions. We obtain your consent before any separate promotional or commercial use of what you submit.

9. Advertising & Affiliate Links

The Site may include advertising (e.g., Google AdSense, planned), sponsored content, or affiliate links, disclosed in accordance with applicable rules and our Editorial Policy. Transactions made through external ads or links are between you and the relevant business; absent our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not responsible for such products, services, or transactions.

We may provide links to external sites for your convenience. We do not control their operation, content, privacy practices, or products/services; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

11. Service Changes & Interruption

We may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, technical failures, security measures, force majeure (natural disaster, war, epidemic, power outage), third-party outages, or other unavoidable operational reasons. We give prior notice where possible and after the fact in urgent cases.

12. Limitation of Liability

Absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages from causes beyond our control (natural disaster, network failure, third-party outages). We are not liable for damages caused by the user. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We and users seek to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved disputes are subject to the competent court under Korean law.
